Grand Cru de l'Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien, the flagship beer of Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM), a strong sour ale for long ageing in wooden barrels. This Big Rum edition is aged in rum casks, which enrich the already complex profile of the beer: a vinous and woody nose, red fruits and balsamic vinegar, a warm and spicy touch from the rum. On the palate, a frank yet delicate acidity, flavours of tart cherry, red wine and soft tannins, with a woody finish. An exceptional tasting beer.
