Description

An extra dry-hopped Wild Ale with plenty of funk. Before bottling, we added a selection of hops to a blend of a foudre wild ale and a two year red wine barrel-aged ale. This started a process of biotransformation which brings deep hop flavours to life. The result is a beautifully piney beer with flavours of lychee and pineapple. Made with time and love at Cloudwater.
