Cuvée Sour Beer - 7.2% Sator is a mixed fermentation sour beer and part of the Sator Square Series. Using three unique yet complimentary wild ales, the resulting blend or 'cuvée', has been aged in Pinot Noir barrels for six months, before being dry-hopped with New Zealand's "The Bruce". Hand bottled in summer 2021, the beer then underwent the final stages of conditioning to bring it to life. Released the summer of 2022, Sator has now finally made it into your glass, offering you light funk with a sour twist, complex stone fruit notes, and a refreshing dry finish.
