Funk Factory Geuzeria - Kersbes - 6% - 75cl - Bte
Description
Kersbes is a blend of several 2-year old Mèthode Traditionelle barrels that was aged on both local red raspberries and Balaton cherries from Door County, WI.

Funk Factory Geuzeria is a small brewery in Madison, Wisconsin, founded in 2015 by Levi Funk. The story began in 2011, when he filled a first barrel in his basement. The house is entirely devoted to the traditional production of lambics and their derivatives, foremost among them gueuze, honouring the Belgian Méthode Traditionnelle. Notably, Funk Factory has no brewhouse of its own: it sources its wort from various brewers in the region and transports it in a mobile coolship, the tray where the wort cools overnight while capturing the wild yeasts and bacteria that give each batch its unique character.
