Our first collab with Caravelle has been far too long in coming. And it's a double whammy. One brew at Garage HQ and another at Caravelle. The Garage beer is a style that we have never brewed but fits the brewery and the cooler season well. A Hoppy Red . Or Red IPA , whichever floats your boat. Like a West Coast IPA but with a more pronounced malt character and a beautiful copper red hue. That doesn't mean that the hops take a back seat. There's still plenty of them in there and they are dancing beautifully with the enhanced malt character to create as wintery an IPA as you could get.
Barcelona, Catalunya - Spain They started as a brewpub in 2015 in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. In 2017 they opened the main brewery where most of the beers are brewed, though they still use the brewpub for their mixed fermentation beers.
