Description
This beer is a blend of 60% wheat beer, fermented using mixed fermentation and aged in barrels for 30 months, and 40% wild beer, fermented entirely in casks for 20 months. After blending, this beer underwent light dry hopping with Sabro hops and offers lovely fruitiness (white grape) and vinous, slightly woody, even vanilla notes, complemented by pleasant acidity.
Maxéville, East - FranceAfter breaking the bank in 2015 during the Paris Beer Week amateur brewing competition, the two friends Julien and Lucas follow a training course (micro biology for one and Institute of Brewing and Malting for the other) before starting to look for a premises as a production unit.Looking for an extra member, the two friends joined forces with Charles Sanner to make their project a reality with a lot of concrete! Hoppy Road Brewery set up shop on the banks of the Meurthe River and the first bottles came out of the brewery's tanks in June 2017.
