Kostas embarked on the beer adventure as an amateur, before founding a small craft beer import company in Greece in 2012. For his part, Lefteris began cultivating his passion for brewing as a homebrewer in his garage in 2009. Their decisive meeting in 2014 gave birth to Seven Island Brewery, where their shared love for craft beer and their commitment to quality come together.
