El Suave vs El Brusco, two double IPAs with the same Dry-Hop pitted against each other. Who will win the heat? El Suave is a New England-style Double IPA where we’ve added Extra Pale malts, malted oats, and dextrin to achieve a massive body. We’ve brewed it with a dry-hop of Mosaic, Idaho7, Citra, and Galaxy hops, using London Fog yeast to enhance those wonderful hop aromas: ripe tropical fruit, mango, and papaya, along with stone fruit like sweet yellow peach, and to finish, citrus notes in the form of grapefruit. It has a sweet and bold finish.
