Collab x Gallia, Pet'Nat' malted grenache noir For this beer/wine hybrid, we used 1600 L of Grenache Noir juice from Clos des Combals and 300 kg of whole grapes de-stemmed and crushed by us. Fermentation started naturally with the grapes' indigenous yeasts, then we added a sour beer must to give the grenache noir that malty fart nat.
