Founded in 2014, the Brasserie du Lance-Pierre is the project of three lifelong friends. Based in rue de la Tour, in the heart of the city of Lausanne, they deliver their local customers by cargo bikes.

Their recipes are inspired by their travels and their respective personalities. Maxime, Simon and Clément take pride in the precision of fermentation and the quality of the resulting products.
