Nectarine Sour Beer - 7.4% Arepo is a mixed fermentation sour beer and part of the Sator Square Series. Using a sour beer base brewed with the help of our specialty house yeast, fresh nectarines were added to start a wild fermentation, giving this beer a new, spontaneous complexity. Hand-bottled in summer 2021, the beer then underwent the final stages of conditioning to bring it to life. Released the Autumn of 2022, Arepo has now finally made it into your glass, offering you light funk and tartness, with fleshy stone fruit notes and a refreshing dry finish.
